Melany Tendeyong Pierce has been serving at the Executive Director of the DCBC Foundation since 2017. Melany and her husband are members of the East Washington Heights Baptist Church (EWHBC) family where she currently serves as the Treasurer.
Prior to joining DCBC Foundation in 2017, Melany worked with IBM for more than six years as Account Manager and Internal Auditor; more than ten years with CoStar Group Inc. as Internal Auditor and more than ten years at various companies in Indonesia serving in senior management positions.
Melany is married to the love of her life, Robert Pierce and currently resides in MD.
